I was assisted by Nhlanhla who was helpful and polite and arranged for the claim for me. Thank you. I cannot say the same for the lady that called from the claims department who gave me my reference number. Her head was in the clouds somewhere and definitely not on the job as she repeated a question almost 3 times, when she realised the 3rd time she had asked that question 2 times before. A bit of a damper after the great start.
