I called in to get a quote for my newly purchased bike. The guy's could not find the make or model of the bike on the system. The guy's then said that they would check with a manager & call me back. A week went by with no contact from MiWay. I went to the MiWay website to inform them of the bad service. I then decided to contact other insurance agencies. After getting a few quotes MiWay called asking me about the complaint which they then did a quote. I compare all the quotes. The quote was way higher than the other quotes I already got. I then called Miway to say that I got a quote of X account & if they will be able to do better since I am a client of them since 2009. They said NO, to which I rep**** that I will move if they can't. I then called to cancel & spoke to Dineo(At this point I was mad & had enough with MiWay & was very rude). She was calm, polite & asked if she could do a quote. I asked her what for as I've already been down this road with them. She then talked me into another quote which was cheaper & I stayed with MiWay. The 1st debt order goes off & it's MORE than what I was quoted. I called in again Busi resolved it. MiWay needs more consultant like thes
