Zandi Nkhumande - True customer service Queen, bright and vibrant character which was extremely pleasant to be dealing with. Had a natural flair and easiness that showed in the way she came across. Articulated properly and I genuinely think she is a superstar.
@miway - can you please get Zandi into a training or management role as she is a great asset to your business and I'm 100% sure that she will be able to instill her passion onto others - each one teach one !!!!
Mpho Makhene - another example of leaders that go the extra mile to ensure clients are happy even though Mpho couldn't match my existing insurance premium he really was friendly and showed pure concern and willingness to help. Mpho thank you mate - really appreciate the hep bud.
