Senior Consultants Failure to contact customers after numerous requests!!!!

<p>I have been trying for the most of this morning trying to get hold of the senior advisors as I cannot update my policy nor can the call centre agents help mw with my query!!!!</p> <p>The service level is below standards normally provided by Miway and I am very dissapointed.....</p> <p>Each time I call they all seem to be busy and do not get back to me. I will not accept the poor excuses anymore. Phone me back or loose a customer your move Miway!!!!</p>
