Sello My hero! (MIWAY)

Sello really brightened my day when my claim was taking forever to be finalized, I spoke to him explaining that I really needed my claim to be processed as my my daughter was using the tablet(E-Books) for school and she did not have textbooks. on the 8th day, feeling hopeless and frustrated and was told that for the past 3 days Miway was waiting to verify when last the tablet was used. Sello kept me calm and asked for my bank statement and BOOM! my claim was finalized ,got the voucher and got my daughter the tablet the same day! Keep Up the amazing Job Sello!! You are my hero! My daughter was so happy!
