Selling us lies!!!!!

Last night I requested a Wedrive like I normally do and the guy who assisted me over the phone told me that they don't have drivers and I must make a request 24-48 hours prior of which that came as a shock to me cause what I know and been told was that I must request 3 hours prior and the guy was so rude busy telling me I must read my contract. I'm really disappointed cause I even have proof of that through chats but now they telling me a different story. So this means MiWay is inconsistent or telling us lies.
