SELL YOU DREAMS AND LEAVE YOU STRANDED !!!!!

Being a first time business owner I insured my business with Miway as they had been my person insurance provider for a while. First time I put in a claim for damages caused by my team they refused to pay. Not only did the issue take 7 weeks to resolve but they looked for every single angle they could not to pay. From contracts to everything thread they could hold on. I don't understand why one has to have insurance when they cannot come to help you when you need it. shift the blame and leave a small thriving business in the ditch despite being a loyal client for years. I am more than disappointed at this behavior. worse I have three policies with them.
