selfless service

<p>just about 3 months ago i was comolimenting one of the staff members of MiWay. Today i made a call and boom, the 1st person i speak to didnt cut it for. EQ is needed when dealing with clients who bring in cashflow. Generally customer retention is not always about a good price but the service sold to clients, and i stand to be corrected. I hung up and called again, and bang.....Patricia Pukubye saved the day. The service i got was extraodinary. I hope its contageous so that you infect your coleagues with it.
