Self -Inspection & Service
I called Miway to advise about an inspection that was needed for my vehicle and Khotso Moagi - (***) assisted and explained what must be done for a self-inspection. However, the images I had taken did not fully upload on the app. Miway please advise what must be done now as I have tried on 2 attempts and it failed to upload.
Khotso was very helpful in also reviewing my premium and change was made with a minimal drop but still am happy with the service.

01 Oct 2021, 10:07@Miway, I am now frustrated due to the fact that a consultant has been assigned and has no idea about the challenge I had experienced. why was this not communicated? I had to provide approval to your Whatsapp platform and now a consultant Sipho Mokoena is asking me how he can assist and has no idea about my review on hellopeter. This is not good. Having to always repeat onesélf is bad.
