Self inspection on app not working

I recently added my vehicle to my MiWay policy and was instructed to do a self inspection within 48 hours in order to have the vehicle covered. Unfortunately the vehicle does not appear on the app so that the self inspection can be processed. I have been requesting call backs for assistance but none has been forthcoming. Why provide an app with certain features which don't work? This is extremely frustrating and annoying. Unless MiWay can get their act together, I am very tempted to have my possessions insured with another prrovider.
