Seems untrue about the promised R400 cash back if they cannot better premium

I received a call last week and was asked to please allow them the opportunity to quote me to better my premium and if they cant, they guarantee me R400 cash back with no hassles. I spoke to Lebogang Radebe who then transferred me to a senior consultant who did the entire quote named Princess Tlaka REF ********** 1. She did a like for like quote seeing as I was literally reading the information of my current policy in order for her to be as accurate as possible. Her quote wad More than R3000 and I immediately said she should arrange my R400 cash back. I sent them proof of my updated policy documents dated last week and they have been ignoring my calls and emails and keep making excuses and just don't get back to me. I am disgusted and feel as though this whole marketing promo of R400 is a **** to waste peoples time in the attempt to get business. I was promised R400 and too date still wait
