Second to None Customer Experience thanks to Siwela Onicca Mokganya

After having had a traumatic experience of a burglary incident. I reached to MiWay via submitting a claim on the MiWay app and a few minutes later was contacted by Onicca who sympathized with me and asked for a few required/mandatory documents to process my claim. I was honestly expecting the process to be long and tedious bordering on trying to discourage me from continuing with the claim however to my surprise it was nothing close to that. Onicca made the process seamless and smooth and I was really impressed by how quickly my claim was concluded.
