Scratch and dent cover

I honestly wish I give a 0 star because 1 is to many. We have a dent and scratch cover for Miway but I will never recommend it to anyone. Firstly you can can get the same cover from other companies with the same price per month. The difference is that with other companies you have a R0 access and with Miway you have a R350 access. Also with a previous company your claim was approved within 1 hour and with Miway well it is almost a week later and still counting... I did email the person assisting with claim( Doctor Mafisa) yesterday and yes I am still waiting for his response.

The insurance part of the company I will definitely recommend but please stay away from the dent and scratch cover.
