******** and *****!

One thing I will tell you about MiWay is that they are a bunch of ******** *****. I logged a claim and it was approved- they then referred to a panel beater that **********, these people don’t have a single positive review. I called Miway and asked them to change to it which they agreed to over the phone but today I find out from Buhle Twala (a WhatsApp chat from her) that apparently the panel beater I want does not work on my car as it does not have a warranty anymore. I called this panel beater and they said that that’s a complete lie, as my car is fairly new and they did not receive anything from MiWay, so they cannot understand why they would say they rejected fixing my car when they did not even contact them. Someone at MiWay is trying to mess with me and I refuse to be messed with! Absolutely refuse! I have not received not a single call or email from my supposed assessor, Ivan Lawrence.
