I would never recommend anyone to use this ****** insurance as the assessors are ****** and unprofessional, Me and my Partner were involved in an accident with my brand new Audi S3 2019 and was assigned an assessor by the Name of Buddy Vroom who wanted to force me to say that i was driving the car yet it was my Wife during the time of the Accident, i have made appeals after appeal looking for this guy up until this day, he's no where to be found yet i kept on leaving messages and being told that he will call me back, i have tried him several times on his cellphone and still no Luck, to think that i left 3 insurance companies and joined this nonsense called MiWay is will always be a lifetime regret of all times, i still had to pay for fetching my car after they said they won't be paying for the storage as well as the towing company to bring the car that they failed to cover after the accident and bring it to house of which my home address is registered on their system. This Insurance Company is a ****!
