****, hidden costs behind excess fees!

Just three weeks ago (25 July 2018) I got into a little accident. Some car hit me from the back, we went to the police station and an accident report was done, the driver of the other car admitted to being guilty and was immensely collaborative. Seeing that I'm not at fault, I told them to claim that money from the guilty party, so that I will get refunded my excess fee. Since he admitted and is insured. I'm now being told that "they cannot do that!" How when its clearly stipulated even at your website. I wouldn't recommend anyone to take up this car insurance!
