**** for Policies

I was contacted on the 8th January 2018 by a MiWay consultant ( ***hri ) who wished to challenge the current Insurance that I have in place. He also told me that if MiWay could not beat or better my current Insurance; I would be given R 400 in exchange for my current policy schedule. All the relevant conversations took place and after it was found that MiWay could not beat the current Insurance that I have and I was told to forward my current policy schedule in exchange for the R 400 remuneration. I did this on the 8th January 2018 and have not been contacted ever since. The return correspondence was that I will be contacted within 72 hours and still I have not been contacted. I sent follow up mails on the 11th and 16th January 2018, and still nobody has contacted me from MiWay to arrange remuneration. To me, this looks like a **** that MiWay is carrying out just to have a peak at what other policies out there look like. Quite frankly if this is the case, then this is rather pathetic and absolutely not how business should be conducted. Please understand my frustrations after spending about 45 minutes on the phone and seeing from my correspondence above and how many times I have tried to contact you people.
