While the review is under the company MiWay, I would like to specifically thank Atlarelang Nhlapo for finally assisting with a query that has taken me two weeks to solve. He assisted me efficiently and with a lot of patience. He also made it a point to call me back and make sure that I was satisfied with the outcome of my query. I really wish more MiWay staff consultants would present themselves in this manner. The service has been terrible but because of Atlarelang, I will be sticking with the insurer.

15 Apr 2021, 11:18I am still not impressed by the organization as a whole though. I believe that it should not take me two weeks to get a simple letter from the people I have an insurance policy with. Utterly disgusted by the service in that regard.
