Satisfying Service

Ref. P ********** 3 I recently had a puncture on my bakkie. To which in the process of changing my tyre, i discovered that my sparewheel has a lock. When i bought the car i was not told about it let alone given the key(story for another day). I immediately phoned Miway, and spoke to a Lady by the name Moloko Raphadu. Who educated me that my car's warranty offers roadside assistance for mechanical issues and rents me a car if im far from home. She kept phoning me asking if the tow truck had arrived, if i was safe etc(She must have phoned me 10 times- my call logs available). She phoned the company herself to log a call. :) all i needed to do was HOLD! I praise this kind of customer service each day(which is not often). Someone who gets up everyday with the intent to work and does just that. She is the kindest, Most proffessional CSA MiWay Roadside and Emergency has seen thus far. Having individuals like her as team leaders/managers will be benneficial to customers because her knowledge, willingness, eagerness, proffessionalism and kindness would reproduce. Thus double the profits. Id vote for her anyday. Ps Dear MiWay-Keep this Gem!
