Satisfied Miway customer

I have been insured with Miway for 11yrs. I recently had an accident and contacted Miway at the scene of the accident. The agent immediately dispatched the fire brigade, highway patrol and towing services. The agent stayed on the phone with me until the tow truck removed the smashed car from the accident scene and a family member had arrived to take me home.

The claim was logged immediately and an sms was sent to me confirming the claim number.

A validator by the name of Carline Fell contacted me saying that she had been assigned to my claim. From the get go she was very professional and empathetic as I had been injured in the crash. She was an extremely good listener and guided me through the process and responded timeously on every promise that she made. She also conducted her investigation in an empathetic manner that made one feel totally at ease even though some questions were of a very sensitive nature. I feel that she went the extra mile in portraying the Miway values and she is definitely an asset to the organisation. My claim was finalised within 8 working days and I am highly satisfied with service that I received from the Miway Team.
