I had a very pleasant conversation with Dorcus. She has assisted me to submit my claim through to MiWay. She has also assisted me on how to create my own profile online via the MiWay website so that I don't have to call in each time rather do everything online. I'm very happy to have been assisted by Dorcus Mathibako as she knew how much important is customer care service.<br>
