Firstly, I want to make it known that MiWay Insurance is THE BEST Insurance companies in South Africa. With all my claims that I have lodged with Miway, the process has been easy, stress-free and efficient. Miway definitely does its due diligence with every claim, and whilst in the process, they have kept me updated every step of the way. I have always been treated with respect and patience by the allocated consultant dealing with my claim. Which leads me to thank Mookho Puling who has been dealing with a claim follow up matter for my car accident. She has been phenomenal in following up with the other insurance company as well as keeping me updated during the process - telephonically and via email correspondence. She is friendly, patient, knowledgeable with her work (you can tell from the advice she gives) and has truly been remarkable in giving me a sense of peace whilst awaiting a positive outcome.
