I logged a claim and Mashudu Mthombeni was the assigned consultant. She was very helpful explained all the requirements for the claim. She was very efficient. The claim was approved however the options that were available our claim were not feasible for our claim she went an extra mile of getting an approval to get want to prefered and she got it thank you Mashudu for your service.
