Satisfactory service

As a MiWay client, I've been struggling to get hold on to the help desk for the past 2 days. I was worried and frustrated as my car was not safe and it was a challenge for me to get to work with public transport as I was used to my car, fortunate enough on the 20h February, I got to talk to Tumisang, who gave out the best assistance. My car was towed in 20 - 30 minutes after I've made a call.
