Satisfactory assistance by Buhle
I called this morning prepared to fight about my premium increase but I didn't get the chance to use all my fighting power because Buhle handled my call in a very different way I am impressed by her service. She made me laugh throughout the phone call while she assisted me with my premium, she dealt with my queries in a very professional and friendly manner.
