Satisfaction

I would like to write a review on Miway Insurance. Yesterday, 2022-04-29, at about 16:15, my car failed to start. After trying several times with no success, I then contacted Miway. The receptionist was welcoming and gave me an assurance that the nearest service provider would be able to assist me soon. I sent my sister to buy me a cup of tea, because I thought it was going to take a while to get assistance. In exactly 10 minutes the service provider contacted me to confirm location. I just had one sip of tea, and Miway truck parked next to me. Ndodana Mondi, greeted me and was very friendly, he asked me a few questions about the problem. He jump started the car, and observed to see if there was nothing else to worry about. He completed his pad and advised me to replace the battery. I would like to give Miway a big round of applause, for keeping their promise of efficient service to customers. In 22 minutes I was ready to leave. When I arrived home I received a follow up call, to check if I was alright. Thank you so much Miway.
