Saniel Coopoo made my day. I was ready to leave MiWay because of the lower premium offer and more benefits from an alternate insurance provider. Saniel was able to match, even beat the other insurance offer. It was just a bit disappointing that I had to go through the ordeal in order to be appreciated for being a loyal customer for over 10 years. But, thank you Saniel for your professionalism.
