Sandile Gwebu is a disgrace to Miway!

<p>From day one he made my claim a up hill battle! He actually uses the word 'promise' when he says he'll phone me back, but he never does! And every time I phone him to follow up its a OH-Yes we still need this or that. I asked him multiple time what will be my pay out, and I asked him multiple time if he is sure. NOW when its time for pay out he comes with additional charges. I know what my policy states, but he knows nothing about doing his own job!! </p>
