Samukelisiwe was an absolute pleasure to deal with on a Friday afternoon via phone. I was dreading the complicated update to my policy but she made it so easy and painless. I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with her, she was friendly and professional and ultra efficient and she was able to assist and sort out my issue so easily.
