Same Old ****, Different Day
Hi MiWay Team<br> <br> A person has to complain on HelloPeter before anything gets done in there, yet you are quick to ask for compliments whenever we phone in. <br> <br> My mother's SUV has been gone for more than 30 days and still no word on how far the mechanic is with it. The rented vehicle went back, MiWay continues to deduct monthly premiums and she has to suffer and use unreliable public transport. This is the very same nonsense that was done to me, and my sister - hence we decided to change insurances because we were not respected there.<br> <br> Can someone do their job and tell my mother when her car is coming back please ? And i will personally make sure she cancels MiWay and also joins ABSA iDirect because you guys don't want business anymore

We need to unconditionally apologise on behalf of the repairer for the delays you experienced initially.
Anja has since called them to get an update and they've assured us of their commitment to get the part delivered ASAP! The repairer has also let us know that they'll keep you updated moving forward!
