I got a telesales call from a very friendly and helpful Gordon who asked if they could give me a quote. If it was not for Gordon's professional approach, I would not have allowed him to put me in contact with the sales team. Long story short, I then spoke to Brendan, well guys, what a pleasant conversation I had.
