Sale phone call ended up with a reduced premium

How is this? I got a phone call from MiWay's sales department asking if I have any other thing I would like to cover, I then said, let's rather look at my premium instead of adding to the cover. I would to thank Bongiwe from MiWay for assisting by updating my vehicle insurance cover. I could sense a lot of enthusiasm from her whilst she was taking me through the review process.
