Run as fast as possible when you hear the name Miway

MiWay is just a ****, looks like they're not taking me serious as a client. Since 2022, and today I'm still begging for service.

On the 18/02/2025 two ceiling boards fell, as a result of the leak that I have been complaining about since 2022, luckily no one was sitting in the area and I don't want to imagine what could have happened if someone was sitting there. I immediately sent an email with proof to Miway and pleaded with them to treat this as urgent. A contractor was only sent out on the 20/02/2025 for inspections only, and nothing has been communicated to me to date.

Now what makes me more angry, today they have even increased my premium from R776.47 to R1025.52, why, I don't know. I REGRET THE VERY FIRST DAY I SAID YES TO MIWAY 😭😭😭
