Rude! Unsatisfied service

Rude and horrible service-did not do what I asked to be done.

I trade in my vehicle and phones for quote for new car. Not meeting premium quality that Ive received from another insurance company. clearly stated that vechile would not be in my position after today-gentleman was rude and not polite when I asked to cancel policy. Disrespectful and not helpful. Financial manager from Vw Baron phoned to follow up on required documents. Sales person did not not sent documents through after we asked twice for it... He hung up on financial manager while she was speaking still.. Both the sales people who helped me and manager was absolutely rude and disrespectful..after I logged inyo my account I saw that a 30 day peroid notice was sent through... Agent who called me on Monday cleary stated that I can not be charged for canceling my policy if I Trade in. . Which I did. Can not be a 30 day notice.

Service is horrible!!!
