Rude unprofessional consultant

<p>I am utterly dissapointed with the service i recieved. I called your client services contact center on the 19/07/2016 to asked Reabetswe to ammend my cover date. She then gave me two different amounts i had to pay when i asked her to explain it to me she then raised her voice at me and shouted at me ! Please go and listen to that recording from the start she had an attitude and was rude to me. I then said to her i dont want to speak to her she gave the phone to a lady by the name of Nomsa to assist me. Please teach your consultants telephone etiquette!!!</p>
