Rude employees, Assessor highly a ?????

Why is Miway’s people phoning me and lose their control and temper during our conversation and start to raise his voice at me?

One of Miway,s workers phones me and explained to him that it the assessor did not even see the vehicle and wants to write it off, is unacceptable. I see this as a thumb suck.

ay tells me the vehicle is +-R44000 worth (retail value) and the salvage +-R33000. According to Miway, if the vehicle has more than 50% damage between the difference of the R44000-R33000. IT’S A WRITE OFF.

How on earth do they calculate this without looking at it. According my knowledge as a fleet manager for 10 years, the vehicle must be assist by its condition and kilometers. Up to date no one has asked me what kilometers is on the vehicle. If the damage are greater than 75% of the vehicle then only its written off.
