I have a cracked windshield and I’ve calling in for assistance for the insurance to get it fixed since they cover it as well. The customer service consultants have been giving me the run around and information that isn’t consistent. One just confirmed that KGOTSO MOGAHLE(who is one of the consultants) has been telling me LIES!

I’ve consistently told these people that I desperately need their services but it seems as though they do not take me seriously because they constantly looking for a way to end the call with me. I have no idea why I’m being treated as though I’m getting free service when we all know for a FACT that I’M PAYING! It’s been 4 days and counting now and I’ve called those fours days straight! I’ve had it!

This service is trash and I’m hoping Hellopeter will be able to assist me in this regard.
