Ronald, the STAR...keys locked in the car

I called MiWay Insurance on Sunday the 22nd April after I locked my car keys in the car that I have insured with them. Ronald, the STAR I call him now answered and he was so fantastic. He called me back when he said he was gonna call and even after the locksmith arrived he called just to make sure he arrived. He called me again after he left to make sure I got the keys. The best agent ever.....At the end I got my car keys and I was very happy. the fact that he kept calling me and making me laugh I did not even panic while stranded in front of my son's school
