Ronald Nkotsi from MiWay fast efficient - after I reported the breakdown it wasn't 3 minutes (and I timed it) Ronald phoned and first question I was asked was if I am safe - if there are other people around me - only then he asked about the breakdown....... Other people complain - I have not had one second of bad inefficient service from MiWay....... Duncan from Next Point Towing and Recovery called me within 20 minutes saying he is outside Wits. Car loaded on flatbed - home safe and not 10 minutes - Ronald called to hear if I was OK and home safe.......
