Ronald Nkosi

Ronald Nkosi was incredible!! My car broke down on the N3 I was unable to pull over in the yellow lane so I had to jump out my car and stand in the ditch for safety reasons. Ronald kept phoning me to check if I was ok, and informed me of every process. The tow truck arrived so quickly. Even though Ronald had phoned we I was taken off the highway, he phoned an hour later to find out if I was settled and ok at work. As a woman on her own on the highway just having someone check in on you all the time made a huge difference and made me feel safe. Thank you so much Ronald you were amazing!!!
