Robbing business

I have been with Miway insurance for a while now and I have had it with them. Number 1 I was in an accident 2019 August, wasn't my fault but they don't care about following up with the person responsible because they sold my car for the same value they paid me out. Now my vehicle is depreciating but with them, their premium goes up instead of down, from R1060 to R1500. It's a joke right, people insured with King price have a different experience. I guess I wanted to build a strong and long business relationship with Miway but don't be fooled, insurance is just business. I have come to the point where I have to stop complaining and just leave. I was assisted by Ernest today and I think that's the last agent I will ever speak to from Miway. Even though I am leaving, they must know I want my access back. They never lost anything so they must give me my money back.
