Roadside assistant unreliable

Had insurance on my vehicle for more then 8 years claim free, had a mechanical breakdown and needed roadside assistance from Miway. I have reported my request for assistance at 8:34am and was 13H00 still no body to assist me. This is unexceptable to anyone thats covered. This could have been my wife and children that could have been in this situation. Im really dissipointed in the services thats supposed to be treated as a emergency. I will rather be looking at a better reliable insurer and will advise future clients to be careful when choosing an insurer.
