The service received from Tumi was excellent. He kept me informed about the progress of my request for roadside assistance when i called in to request the service. I did not for one second feel like i was a burden to him, he was very patient and made sure that he kept checking up on me to see if the tow truck had arrived and also to confirm if i arrived safely at home.
