Roadside Assistance

On the 6th October 2015, I called Miway to query the increase on my premium at the end of October 2015. The increase based on among other things the claim for road side assistance in November 2014. I want to put on record that I have never used the services of the tow truck company since I was able to drive my car. I want to know as you claim that my car was towed, why was there no follow up as to where my car was taken to. Had I not called I would never had known about this claim that I regard as *****. I want a follow up on this matter and have feedback. I am very angry and disappointed.<br> <br> <br> <br>
