Roadside assistance

I had a flat tyre issue that I could not sort out myself because of the lock nuts. I then called Miway for roadside assistance. A service provider was dispatched within minutes however he also did not have the proper tools. It was a Saturday so places were closed. We had to reschedule for the next working day. We did that. However on the day I could not attend to anything as I was not feeling well however Ntokozo Sibeko from Miway Insurance who was assisting me was very patient and understanding. So we rescheduled once more. The second service provider had to then come with a roll back to tow the car to the dealership workshop so that they do the necessary. The service provider came within 30 mins and towed the car. I have a baby so I could not get into the truck but Ntokozo Sibeko ofcourse....got me an uber voucher so my baby (8 months old) and I were safe. It was such a seamless experience and a good bounce back from the first service provider who did not have proper tools. I also want to thank Ntokozo Sibeko for being very helpful. He was very calm, patient and understanding. He was also reachable and he checked up on me the whole time and even told me to tell him when I got home. By the way HE HAS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL VOICE 😍. I've been with Miway for about 3 or 4 years now and this is my first Road Assistance call out and it was painfree. The branch that helped me is the Kosmosdal branch.
