Roadside assistance

<p>I phoned for Roadside assistance as my car doesn't want to start. They said that someone was despatched and will arrive within an hour to hour and a half. After an hour i phoned to ask how long they are going to take they said they on the way and said that they will phone me and update me. After another 30 min still nothing. I phoned the drive that was dispatched and he said that he is on the way to sandton does not know about me. I phoned the call centre again. They said that the guy has been cancelled and will despatch someone else and phone me nothing after 15 minutes i phoned again and they transferred me to despatch centre its been now 2 hours and only got message to say that someone has been dispatced not an update on how long nothimg. I think it is not professional at all and wont suggest to get roadside assistance from them</p>
