Roadside assistance

I had a problem with my vehicle refusing to idle from home just as I was driving my child to school. I then called call Miway insurance. Miway consultant by the name of Bradley answered my call. He informed me that they cannot help me because my insurance only coveres for emergency when I am not safe. But after he looked at my insurance conduct he promised to ask his Manager to assist me given the length of service with Miway. Within 10 to 15 min he called me back with a positive response. And my car was towed away. Thank you Bradley and Miway for your excellent service. I know I rely on Miway. If you treat your clients like this they will never leave you. I will never leave Miway
