Roadside Assistance

Being stuck on the side of the motorway is no fun, especially in rush hour traffic. Thato at MiWay was very helpful. The tow truck driver was fantastic and very calming, thank you Isaiah for the chit-chat on the journey home and taking good care of my car. Thato kept in contact with me for the duration of the break down making sure I was safe. My only constructive criticism is that the call center operators need to pay special attention to getting locations spot on. Unfortunately Isaiah was given an incorrect location but MiWay still stayed in touch with me and Isaiah still found me.
