Roadside assistance

I was stuck in Bayside Centre with a flat battery. I called the assist line, my call was answered promptly by a very helpful and friendly lady who took my request and whereabouts without any problems (I have an uncommon name and surname, the only one in RSA). She put me through to Bradley, who already had my details and just confirmed these with me, while I was still talking to him I received an SMS with the reference number, thereafter another with the name of the person who would assist me along with his vehicle registration. I was called again by Cape Road Assist to confirm my whereabouts and to expect Jason within the next 15 - 20 min. He arrived quickly, he was very friendly and helped me in a jiffy. The whole thing, from me making the call to driving away took no longer than 30 min., superb service!!!! All in all the whole package that MiWay offers at a very good premium, their promptness and friendly makes a bad situation a pleasure. Thank you MiWay you do it the way I would - my way. Detlev
