Roadside assistance
<p>On 06 January 2016 at about 1800 my vehicle broke down in Kuilsriver,Cape Town.Since all the workshops in the area were closed already,and it was a Friday evening,I had a problem.I phoned Mihelp,Miway's emergency helpline.I was assisted by Felicity Machaba,who gave me excellent service.She arranged a tow-in for me,phoned me back with the details of the tow-in company and even checked up later to see if I got home safely.Hats off to Miway and Felicity for a job well done!</p>
